Join us for a 4-week workshop for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to learn independent living skills including money management, handling medicines and emergency situations, phone etiquette and communication skills, plus more.

About the Event
Join us for a 4-week workshop for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to learn independent living skills including:
Class 1 – August 9: Health and Nutrition (Handling medications, exercise, eating well)
Class 2 – August 16: Home and Community Safety (Safety tips for home and community, who to call in emergencies)
Class 3 – Augst 23: Money Management (Brought to you by Bank of America)
Class 4 – August 30: Communication Skills (Phone etiquette, social media safety)
The cost is $15 per participant for the 4-week program. Space is limited to 12 participants.
