About the Event
Join us for a 4-week workshop for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to learn about their emotions and how to handle them in different situations. Topics of discussion wil include:
- Understanding the difference between moods, feelings, and emotions
- Use of the emotions wheel
- How to handle your emotions in difficult situations
- Plus more
The cost is $15 per participant for the 4-week program. Space is limited to 12 participants.
